复溶:
We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

Generally, the shelf life of liquid form is 6 months at -20°C/-80°C. The shelf life of lyophilized form is 12 months at -20°C/-80°C.

重组蛋白纯化:
重组蛋白分离纯化一般分为三种:含标签的重组蛋白纯化、不含标签的重组蛋白纯化以及包涵体变性与复性纯化。
含标签的重组蛋白纯化:组氨酸标签(His-tag)是使用范围较为广泛的一种蛋白纯化标签,其纯化的原理是组氨酸残基上的咪唑基团可与层析介质中的金属离子螯合,再通过提高缓冲液中咪唑浓度进行竞争性洗脱达到纯化效果,这种纯化标签的有点在于His-Tag的分子质量非常小且几乎不会对目的蛋白本身的生物学功能及特性产生影响,因此带有His-Tag的蛋白纯化后可直接作为抗原免疫动物制备抗体并不会影响抗体的特异性。艾普蒂生物还提供其他多种类型标签的蛋白纯化服务,如GST-Tag、SUMO-Tag、MBP-Tag等。

不含标签的重组蛋白纯化:不含纯化标签的重组蛋白我们会根据客户的样品及需求定制方案,一般会采用抗体亲和纯化方法,利用靶向配体能与目的蛋白特异性结合的特性将目的蛋白分离出来;或选用分子筛进行分离纯化。
包涵体变性与复性纯化:将以包涵体形式存在的蛋白进行变复性操作,根据蛋白质不同的性质,可以选择尿素、盐酸胍、去垢剂、极端pH等,以保证程度获得单体状态的变性蛋白。
