描述	grapprant (CJ-023423)是一种口服有效的选择性EP4受体拮抗剂，对AIA大鼠的足肿胀、炎症生物标志物、滑膜炎症和骨破坏有显著抑制作用。与其他人类前列腺素受体亚型相比，grapprant对人类EP4受体具有高度选择性。它还抑制pge2诱发的人和大鼠EP4受体细胞内cAMP的升高，pA2分别为8.3和8.2 nM。在体内，口服grapant可显著降低足底注射PGE2 (ED50 = 12.8 mg/kg)引起的热痛觉过敏。它对急性和慢性炎症性疼痛模型也有效。在卡拉胶模型中，grapprant显著降低机械性痛觉过敏。此外，它显著逆转了完全弗氏佐剂诱导的慢性炎症性疼痛反应。在炎症性疼痛动物模型中产生抗痛觉过敏作用。grapprant已被批准并广泛用于治疗犬骨关节炎相关的疼痛。grapprant是一种非环氧合酶抑制非甾体抗炎药(NSAID)。
