Description

The basic member of this series, parylene, is a completely linear, highly crystalline material. Xylene is a main medium with a very low loss factor. It has the highest dielectric strength for three different benzenehexenes, and the dielectric constant is independent of frequency. It can penetrate fissures more effectively than the other two versions because of the higher molecular activity that occurs during the deposition. In high frequency applications, it has been widely used due to the low loss factor and dielectric constant.

Paryleme N is the raw material for the synthesis of parylene which is widely used in coating, Vacuum Deposition Materials, microelectronic integrated circuit.
