Acrylic Processing Aid LP -551,LP-20
LP-20 is a processing aid based on a low molecular weight acrylic polymer resin. LP-20 can be used in rigid PVC formulations to improve process ability and the surface quality.

Acrylic Processing Aid LP -21,B-23
LP-21,B-23 is a general purpose processing aid based on medium-high molecular weight. It is an acrylic copolymer that improves the processability and the performances of rigid PVC formulations . LP-21,B-23 is also extremely cost-effective, requiring only very low addition levels for high-quality results.
1) Promotes faster fusion, increases melt strength, enhances extensibility and improves melt homogeneity of the compounds.
2) Increases the surface quality of PVC products. Offers excellent wall-thickness control and good thermoforming capabilities

 

Acrylic Processing Aid LS-530,LP-40
The addition of PVC processing aids LS-530,LP-40 to rigid PVC formulations is a processing aid based on a high molecular weight polymethacrylate resin.LS-530,LP-40 improves the processability and the performances of PVC formulations.
1)Promotes gelation of PVC, Improves hot-melt strength and visco-elasticity, Stabilizes the microcells generated by blowing agents to achieve the low density and high strength of the foam. Increases the surface quality of PVC products.
2)Better dispersion of additives into PVC, more homogenous melt of PVC, etc. LS-530,LP-40 has been used in weatherable applications and is widely used in PVC building products.

Ultra-High Molecular Weight Processing Aids Series
LP-50,LP-80,LP-81 is a new ultra high molecular weight acrylic processing aid for rigid PVC and high quality foam applications. Its gives the following performance properties-Low torque, faster fusion, high melt strength and expansion.
1) LP-50,LP-80,LP-81 improves the processing window and enhances impact strength through faster fusion control for rigid PVC applications. Melt elasticity, melt strength and sizing can be improved through the use of LP-50,LP-80,LP-81.
2) Its high foaming efficiency enables converters to meet the most demanding requirements in foam core pipes and foam profile formulations using lower addition levels.
