■产品简介Product Description

JD-1010和JD-1020 是一种基于烷基次磷酸盐的白色极细粉末阻燃剂，由于其特别细的粒度分布，特别适用于非常薄的胶粘剂，如柔性覆铜板。当高度剪切混合时，它可以容易地分散在环氧树脂系统中。

-不溶于水和有机溶剂例如丙酮

“JD-1010”and“JD-1020” is a white, fine-grained powder based on an organic phosphinate. Due to its specifically designed particle size distribution, they areparticularly suitable for very thin adhesive applications like flexible printedcircuits.   It can be readily dispersed in epoxy resin systems when a high shearmixer is used.

用于柔性电路板的环氧树脂基材，也广泛用于弹性体阻燃。添加量10%可达V-1(1.6mm)等级，30%可达V-0(1.6mm)等级。

One applicationis epoxy based laminates for printed circuit boards，also it is widely used in TPE. Approx. 10% addition level for UL 94:class V-1, 1.6 mm and 30% addition level for UL 94: class V-0, 1.6 mm.
