光致变色材料
光致变色材料是指被光源激发后能变色的一类材料。 1960 年代开始首次用于商业产品。来自康宁工作室的美国科学家 Amistead 和 Stooky 发现了卤化银 (AgX) 玻璃的可逆光致变色特性。
此后,人们对其机理和应用进行了大量研究,研制出了变色眼镜。但由于其成本高、加工工艺复杂,不适合制作大面积的浅色玻璃,目前限制了其在建筑领域的商业应用。
光致变色是指某些物质在光的作用下,分子结构发生变化,从而使光的吸收峰发生相应的变化,这种变化一般是可逆的。
