7,8-二羟基黄酮

Light yellow 7, 8-dihydroxyl flavone is a crystalline powder, soluble in methanol, ethanol, DMSO and other organic solvents, derived from Pulsatilla chinensis (Bge.) Regel.  7,8-DHF is a compound that synthesizes flavonoids that reach the brain and activate receptors that promote neuronal growth (TrkB).  Some animal evidence suggests that 7,8-DHF May have some cognitive and motor benefits and may be beneficial.

7,8-DHF is a monophenolic flavone with diverse effects. It acts as an agonist of the neurotrophic tyrosine kinase receptor TrkB (K, = 320 nM), protecting neurons that express TrkB from apoptosis.1 7,8-DHF is neuroprotective in an animal model of Parkinson's disease.
