7.2.5. SARS-cov2 相关蛋白
新型冠状病毒由双层脂质的囊膜组成,包含刺突蛋白(Spike protein,S)、包膜蛋白(Envelope protein,E)、膜蛋白(Membrane protein,M)以及核衣壳蛋白(Nucleoc-apsid protein,N)。其中S蛋白和N蛋白是其中最重要的用于检测的靶点蛋白。N蛋白一般种属特异性较高,通常作为检测的靶点,而表面的S蛋白特异性会低一些。S蛋白含有两个亚基,S1和S2,其中S1主要包含有受体结合区(receptor binding domain,RBD),负责识别细胞的受体,S2含有膜融合过程所需的基本元件。新型冠状病毒是通过识别ACE2蛋白进入人体细胞的。ACE2就像是“门把手”,病毒抓住它,从而打开了进入人体细胞的大门。
