产品介绍:近期,我国首次发生输入性南非1型(SAT1)口蹄疫疫情,该血清型为非洲特有毒株,与我国长期流行的  O 型、A 型、亚洲 1  型等毒株在基因组、衣壳结构、抗原蛋白组成及表位构象上存在本质区别,不同血清型间无交叉免疫保护,现有常规疫苗无法提供有效保护。

 

Recombinant  FMDV (SAT-1) VP3 Protein,  N-His是武汉艾必赛生物科技有限公司推出的一款高纯度、高活性的重组蛋白产品。该蛋白靶向口蹄疫病毒(FMDV)SAT-1血清型的衣壳蛋白VP3,是构成病毒颗粒的关键结构蛋白之一,在病毒组装、宿主识别及免疫原性中扮演重要角色。本品采用大肠杆菌(E.  coli) 表达系统制备,带有N端His标签,便于纯化与检测,经SDS-PAGE验证纯度高于90%,预测分子量约为26.5  kDa。产品经严格验证,适用于酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)、免疫原制备、蛋白质电泳(SDS-PAGE)及Western Blot(WB)  等多种实验场景。其重组表达形式确保了蛋白的一致性与批间稳定性,是研究口蹄疫病毒结构、发病机制、疫苗开发及诊断试剂研制的理想核心原料。
