产品介绍:Anti-Human  CD234/ACKR1 Antibody (2C3)  是武汉艾必赛生物技术有限公司推出的一款高特异性、高亲和力的小鼠源单克隆抗体。该抗体靶向人Fy糖蛋白/非典型趋化因子受体1  (ACKR1/CD234),该靶点是重要的趋化因子“清除”受体和间日疟原虫的入侵受体,在调节炎症反应、细胞迁移及疟疾感染过程中发挥关键作用。本品克隆号为2C3,通过Protein  A/G从细胞培养上清中纯化,纯度超过95%,经严格验证适用于流式细胞术  (FCM)。其优异的特异性和灵敏度,使其成为研究炎症性疾病、造血调控、疟疾感染机制及相关药物开发的可靠工具试剂。
