Macleaya Cordata Extract (Synonym(s), Bocconia cordata) contains a lot of alkaloid, the main active ingredients are Sanguinarine and Chelerythrine, also some minority of Bocconine, protopine, α-allocryptopine etc. In Total alkaloid from Macleaya Cordata Extract, the content of Sanguinarine is about 2 times than that of Chelerythrine.
