苦杏仁为蔷薇科植物山杏、西伯利亚杏等的成熟种子，是我国传统常用中药材，其标志性成分苦杏仁苷（Amygdalin）属氰苷类化合物。上禾采用低温提取与膜分离组合工艺，在保证苦杏仁苷提取率的同时控制降解产物，产品为类白色至淡黄色粉末，含量可按 1%–98% 定制。

Bitter almond is the mature seed of Prunus species and a classic medicinal material in traditional Chinese practice; its marker compound, amygdalin, is a cyanogenic glycoside. Staherb applies a combination of low-temperature extraction and membrane separation to maximise amygdalin recovery while controlling degradation products, delivering an off-white to pale yellow powder with assay customizable between 1% and 98%.
