产品介绍：Anti-HBsAg Reference Antibody (Tobevibart, RUO)｜VK539056 是艾必赛生物（abinScience）推出的人源化单克隆参照抗体（人 IgG1-lambda），靶向乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）大包膜蛋白/乙肝表面抗原 S/L-HBsAg/L glycoprotein，种属反应性为 HBV genotype A，可作为乙肝血清学检测、PK/PD 研究、ADA 及功能性 assay（ELISA / FACS / functional assay / 体内研究）的阳性/药物参照质控工具。该抗体在哺乳动物细胞中表达，糖基化更接近天然构象，经 Protein A/G 纯化，纯度 >95%（SDS-PAGE），以液体形式保存在 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4 中；短期 2–8°C 用于频繁取用，长期建议 -20°C 至 -80°C（自收货日起 ≤12 个月）避反复冻融使用。（RUO，仅限科研/非临床用途）

HBV 大包膜蛋白（HBsAg）约 42 kDa，以"外部 Le-HBsAg"与"内部 Li-HBsAg"两种拓扑构象存在：外部构象负责将病毒附着于宿主细胞受体，决定种属特异性和肝嗜性，并诱导病毒粒子主要通过 caveolin 介导的内吞作用进入细胞；同时介导病毒膜与内体膜的融合，因此是乙肝病毒感染、预防性疫苗及抗病毒/免疫疗法研发的核心靶点。
