新规落地！一文读懂二级标准物质识别

2026年12月1日，新版《标准物质管理办法》（以下简称《办法》）将正式施行，标志着我国标准物质管理迈入“三级分类、精准监管”的规范化新阶段。新版《办法》明确标准物质分为国家基准物质、一级标准物质、二级标准物质三类，其中一级、二级标准物质需经市场监管部门批准定级，证书有效期统一为五年。

识别二级标准物质的办法

第一步：编号与标识核验

二级标准物质唯一官方代号为GBW(E)XXXXXX（E为“二级”拼音首字母），一级为GBW，标准样品为GSB，无此前缀或乱编前缀（如GBW-、GBW/E-）则不属于合规的二级标准物质。

请核对标签、包装及说明书是否清晰标注GBW (E)编号，编号格式为GBW(E)+大类号(2位)+小类号(1位)+顺序号(2-3位) 等规范结构。

第二步：官方平台查询验证

登录国家标准物质资源共享平台（https://www.ncrm.org.cn/ ），输入GBW(E)编号查询物质信息、定级状态及研制单位，并与实物信息进行核对。也可通过国家市场监督管理总局政务服务平台查询标准物质定级批准信息及研制单位资质。

合规的二级标准物质应随附由国家市场监督管理总局或其授权机构批准颁发的定级证书，证书需包含批准文号。无证书、证书信息不全或涉嫌伪造的情况，均不符合规定。
