ZN-PP Series catalyst is a set of high efficiency propylene polymerization spherical catalyst
developed by our company.Due to advanced carrier preparation technology
being introduced,ZN-PP Series catalyst has better combination property and is suitablefor continuous process such as Spheripol-ǀ,Spheripol-ǁ and ST process to produce homo-
polymer and impact and random copolymer.
The catalyst ZN-PP84-1 is a general spherical catalyst, is suitable for single loop, dual-loop and loop plus gas phase unit to produce homo-polymer and random and impact copolymer PP.
The catalyst ZN-PP86-2 is exclusively used for producing impact copolymer PP and terpolymer.
Technical characteristics
● Centralized particle size distribution and controllable and adjustable particle size;
● catalyst activity≥3.8×10⁴g.pp/g.cat (5Lreactor,bulk polymerization for 2h at 70℃,distributed pressure of H2 is 0.2 MPa);
● Excellent hydrogen response;
● High polymer isotactic index and adjustable;
● Excellent copolymerization performance and can be suitable for producing high rubber content impact copolymer;
● Polymer has good morphology and less fines;
Applicable process
It is widely used to produce homo-polymer, random copolymer, and impact co-polymer with high ethylene content. It is also suitable for different continuous processes,such as slurry
and bulk process.
Industrial applications
ZN-PP series catalyst has a centralized particle size distribution, less fines, and higher activity. There are many use cases both in China and abroad.

Packaging .Storage and Transport
ZN-PP series catalyst is packaged under nitrogen blanket in zinc-plated steel drums containing
40 or 80kg each drum of dry catalyst.
In transportation,the catalyst should be handled carefully avoiding bumping,opening of cover or contacting with air .It should be stored in a dry,clean,and ventilated space out of direct sunlight.
