Method
The zinc ingot obtained by electrolysis is heated to 600-700℃ to melt, and then placed in a high-temperature resistant crucible to melt and vaporize at a high temperature of 1250-1300℃. Hot air is introduced for oxidation. The generated zinc oxide is cooled and cyclone separated, and the fine particles are captured with a cloth bag to obtain the finished zinc oxide product.
Applications
Food and Nutritional Products: In food processing, zinc oxide is used as a source of zinc to supplement zinc in food and improve nutritional value. It is commonly found in cereals, baby food and nutritional supplements.
Paints and coatings: Zinc oxide is used as a pigment and additive in paints and coatings. It has the effects of anti-corrosion, anti-mildew, anti-ultraviolet and improving the durability of the coating. It is widely used in construction and automotive coatings.
Cosmetics and skin care products: In sunscreen, baby powder and skin cream, zinc oxide is a natural UV barrier with good sun protection effect, and is mild to the skin and does not cause irritation.
