Disodium EDTA is a white crystalline powder, soluble in water, and its aqueous solution has a pH value of about 5.3. It is used in detergents, dyeing auxiliaries, fiber treatment agents, cosmetic additives, food additives, micro-fertilizers and marine aquaculture.
