Vorinotha is a novel molecularly targeted antitumor drug that causes cell cycle arrest and/or cell death by inhibiting histonedeacetylase (HDAC). It is the first FDA-approved HDAC inhibitor for the treatment of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) with significant skin aggression that progresses, is resistant, or relapses after two systemic regimens.
