Sulforaphane is a kind of isothiocyanate, which is obtained by hydrolysis of glucosinlates by myrosinase enzyme in plants. The molecular formula is C6H11NOS2. It is abundant in broccoli, Chinese kale, radish and other cruciferous plants.
Sulforaphane is a natural plant compound derived from Cruciferous vegetables, such as broccoli and Brussels sprouts.
