Brief introduction to the use and synthesis method of dimethyl sulfimide
Dimethylsulfinylimide is an organic intermediate, which can be obtained by the reaction of dimethyl sulfoxide with ammonium carbamate under the catalysis of PhI (OAc) 2. Preparation: add dimethyl sulfoxide (1.0g, 12.8mmol) into methanol (50ml), and then add PhI (OAc) 2 (12.4g, 38.4mmol) and ammonium carbamate (4.0g, 51.2mmol). Stir at room temperature for 1 hour. After the reaction is complete, it is concentrated, and the residue is separated by column chromatography (eluent: dichloromethane/methanol) to obtain the compound dimethyl sulfimide (1.01g, yield: 85%).
