| Applications: | Ropivacaine mesylate is an amino amide compound that blocks neuropathic pain. Ropivacaine mesylate is a K2P (two-pore potassium channel) TREK-1 inhibitor with IC50 of 402.7 μM on COS-7 cell membrane. Ropivacaine mesylate inhibits stress-induced hyperpermeability of lung endothelial cells in an acute hypertension model. |
