Polyoxyethylene lauryl ether is an important fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, which is one of the fastest developing and most widely used non ionic surfactants. The ether bond in the molecule is not easy to be destroyed by acid and alkali, so it has high stability, good water solubility, electrolyte resistance, easy biodegradation and small foam. In addition to being widely used in the textile printing and dyeing industry, it is also widely used for compounding low foam liquid detergents. Lauryl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether has good compatibility with other surfactants.
Chemical property:
White to yellowish paste. 10% aqueous solution becomes clear and transparent at 25 ℃. Soluble in water, ethanol, ethylene glycol, etc.
Application:
Used as a dispersant, leveling agent, anti-static agent, emulsifier, etc
Used as a leveling agent in the printing and dyeing industry, as a detergent and other emulsifier in the metal processing process;
Used as a wool degreaser, fabric detergent, household detergent, active agent, and general industrial emulsifier.
