Applications
Bakery Products: Polyglycerol esters of fatty acids e475 are used in the production of bread, cakes, and pastries to improve dough handling, increase volume, and enhance texture.
Confectionery: PGE Food additive is employed in the production of confectionery items such as chocolates, caramels, and nougats. E475 emulsifier helps in stabilizing emulsions and preventing fat bloom in chocolate products.
Dairy Products: PGE emulsifier is used in the manufacturing of dairy products like ice cream, whipped toppings, and creams. Polyglycerol esters of fatty acids contribute to the stability of these products, improve texture, and prevent phase separation.
