Product Usage
The application of anti-aging agent H as an anti-aging agent in composite solid propellants can prolong the storage period of solid propellants. Used in natural rubber, butadiene styrene, nitrile, butadiene, butyl, hydroxyl butadiene, polyisoprene and other rubbers and latices, it can provide good resistance to multiple bending and anti cracking properties. Improve the tensile strength, enhance the protective effect on harmful metals such as hot oxygen, ozone, copper, manganese, etc., and have no effect on vulcanization.
The combination of anti-aging agent H and anti-aging agent D can solve various aging problems of dark rubber products. In addition, it is also used as a thermal oxygen stabilizer for engineering plastics such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyamide, and polyformaldehyde to improve the weather resistance of products.
Reference dosage of anti-aging agent: 0.2%~0.3%. There are significant differences in the effectiveness and solubility of different types of anti-aging agents in natural rubber. When using anti-aging agents, rubber product manufacturers should not only consider the specific usage and performance requirements of the products, but also avoid the occurrence of frost problems caused by excessive use.
Safety instructions
Antioxidant H is toxic, and operators should wear dust masks, rubber gloves, and adhesive protective clothing.
Packaging of anti-aging agent H products
Aluminum foil bags lined with plastic bags, cardboard drums, net weight of 20kg per bag.
Storage method
Store in a cool and ventilated place. The storage period of this product is 12 months. After the storage period expires, it should be resampled and retested according to technical specifications. After passing the test, it can still be used.
Product transportation
During the transportation of anti-aging agent H, it should be protected from high temperature, sun exposure, and rain.
