Methylcyclopropene-PEG1-OH

 Cyclopropene, as an amphiphilic diene, has a fast reaction rate with s-tetrazine. Because of the smaller size of cyclopropene compared with TCO, it is very suitable for labeling biochemical small molecules without affecting their original functions.
