Physical properties: The new liquid nitrile rubber (LNBR) is a low relative molecular weight copolymer synthesized using a new chain transfer agent, with butadiene and acrylonitrile as monomers. It is a light yellow or brown viscous liquid with a foul odor and slight fluidity at room temperature. The butadiene in the molecular chain of the new liquid nitrile rubber is mainly in the trans 1,4-structure, with butadiene and acrylonitrile arranged randomly. Due to the presence of polar group CN in the molecular chain, it is soluble in polar solvents such as ketones and aromatic compounds. The relative molecular weight of the new liquid nitrile rubber is generally below 5000, so it has good processing performance and is convenient to use. LNBR can compensate for the shortcomings of solid nitrile rubber in its application range, and is a new type of low molecular liquid toughening, plasticizer, and rubber softener, with wide applications and development prospects.

The new liquid nitrile rubber has good oil resistance, adhesion, weather resistance, and low air permeability, and can be used as an adhesive (epoxy resin toughening agent), sealing and filling material, coating (coating), rubber modifier, etc., with good application effects.

Storage method
