Our fondaparinux sodium API project was developed in collaboration with Professor Yong Qin of West China School of Pharmacy, Sichuan University. Our synthetic route, with fully independent intellectual properties, reduced 75 steps of the reported synthetic route to 52 steps. With outstanding efficiency, the linear steps was reduced from 45 steps to 23 steps, simplifying the industrial scale production.
