It is used for urogenital tract infections caused by sensitive bacteria, including simple and complex urinary tract infections, bacterial prostatitis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae urethritis or cervicitis (including infections caused by enzyme strains).

Respiratory tract infection, including acute bronchial infection caused by sensitive gram-negative bacilli and pulmonary infection.
