Character 6: Water is a crystalline particle, anhydrous is a crystalline powder, colorless to white, odorless, acid free, and has a special fresh taste. The taste threshold is 0.03%, stable in air, easily soluble in water (20 ℃ 35g/100mL), insoluble in ethanol. Six hydrates lose their crystalline water at 120 ℃ and become anhydrous.
The preparation method is made by reacting succinic acid with sodium hydroxide, drying with hot air at 120 ℃, and crushing to obtain anhydrous material.
