Rheological Additive for Water-Borne Systems
Introduction：
HEMINGS® F550C is a refined synthetic layered silicate clay r heological additive with gelling and r heological properties, designed specifically for water-based systems, providing excellent anti settling and r heological properties.

Usage Instructions:
It is recommended to prepare pre gel with 2~5% solid content before adding it to the water-based formulation system.When preparing the pre gel, it is necessary to use a high shear dispersion method, with the pH controlled at 6~11, and the water used must be de ionized water (and it is better to use warm water).
Levels of use:
Typical addition levels are 0.1-1.0 % HEMINGS® F550C additive by weight of total formulation, depending upon the degree of suspension, the r heological properties or viscosity required.
