is a JAK inhibitor whose main mechanism of action is to inhibit the
proliferation and activation of inflammatory cells. Baratek belongs to a
new class of biologic agents that can be used for the treatment of
moderate to severe active phase of rheumatoid arthritis, as well as for
the treatment of psoriatic arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus and
specific dermatitis.
