Alkyl Polyglucoside is a Alkyl Polyglucoside synthesized from glucose and fatty alcohols. APG) refers to glycosides with sugar units greater than or equal to 2 in complex glycosides, collectively known as alkyl polyglycosides (or alkyl polyglycosides). In general, the polymerization degree n of alkyl polyglycosides is in the range of 1.1~3, and R is the alkyl group of C8~C16. APG is white solid powder or light yellow oily liquid at room temperature. It has high solubility in water and is difficult to dissolve in common organic solvents.

They are especially suitable for tableware detergent, household cleaning, industrial hard surface cleaning, high temperature resistant strong alkali refining agent for textile industry, and blowing agent for petroleum development.
