The antioxidant TH-412S is a highly efficient asymmetric hindered phenolic antioxidant with high antioxidant efficiency, low volatility, and good oxidation and coloring resistance. It has significant synergistic effect with auxiliary antioxidants (such as thioesters, phosphite esters, etc.), and can be used with light stabilizers to give products excellent weather resistance. It is mainly used for HIPS, ABS, MBS and other styrene polymers and POM, PA, PUR, PVC and thermoplastic polyester processing and long-term heat stabilizer. It can be used as an effective chain terminator in PVC polymerization process, and can be added to the monomer of polystyrene and PVC without affecting the polymerization reaction

Antioxidant 412s is an excellent thioester assisted antioxidant, particularly suitable for PP and HDPE, and is often used in combination with phenolic antioxidants to enhance aging and light stability, and to improve initial color and shine

Chemical property

This product is white solid powder. Melting point above 46℃, soluble in hexane, cyclohexane, almost insoluble in water.
