Applications

Antioxidant 1135 is a highly efficient, liquid hindered phenol antioxidant that does not contain any solvents and is easy to pump. It has low volatility and good compatibility with the substrate, making it particularly suitable for the forced air-cooling process of polyurethane. In addition, due to its low volatility and good compatibility, 1135 can effectively avoid the frosting phenomenon that is prone to occur when polyurethane is used in the automotive industry and the discoloration problem when it is used in textiles. Antioxidant 1135 can be added before, during or after the polymerization reaction.

Storage

Antioxidant 1135 is stable in nature and has no special requirements; pay attention to moisture-proof and avoid high temperature.

0.15%~0.50% (the specific amount added depends on the actual application of the customer)
