It is Light yellow or off-white powder, granules. The relative density is 1.42(20%), the specific gravity is 1.49±0.03, the melting point is above 180.02~181.7℃(For the industrial products, it is above 170.0℃). It will burn when meet with naked flame, the flash point is 515~520℃. Easily soluble in acetic ether, acetone, soluble in dichloromethane, diethyl ether, some other organic solvent and alkali carbonate solution. Slightly soluble in benzene. Insoluble in water and gasoline. lower explosion limit is 21g/m3. The storage stability period is two years.

Its accelerative temperature is low and easily be dispersed with lower pollution. Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, tubes, foot wear rubber belts and hoses etc.
