3,3',4,4' -biphenyl tetracarboxylic acid is converted to 3,3',4,4' -biphenyl dianhydride after dehydration, which can be polymerized with a variety of diamines to obtain polyimide insulation materials with excellent heat resistance, hydrolysis resistance, mechanical and flexible properties. Polyimide synthesized by bichemicalbook phthalic-anhydride and p-phenylenediamin has good temperature resistance, and the thermal decomposition temperature can reach more than 600ºC, which is one of the varieties with high thermal stability so far. At such a temperature, the original physical properties can be basically maintained in a short time.
