Chemical properties: Colorless to yellowish liquid with mildew, nut peel, cocoa powder, baked potato, coffee and roast, cream, meat aroma, with burnt protein odor and cocoa fruit odor. Boiling point 156℃, flash point 64℃. Soluble in water and most organic solvents. Natural products exist in cocoa, coffee, potato chips, river shrimp, fragrant papaya and so on.
Use: This product has a roast, cream and meat aroma, with burnt protein smell and cocoa fruit smell. China GB 2760-86 specifies the permissible use of spices. Mainly used to prepare meat, nuts, chocolate, coffee, cream and tobacco flavor.
