Uses:
M-aminoacetophenone is an important pharmaceutical and organic intermediate, and its downstream products have important uses. For example, m-hydroxyacetophenone is an intermediate for the synthesis of epinephrine drugs, m-chlorophenone can be used for the synthesis of new special drugs such as bronchiectasis and anti-purpura drugs, and 3-acetamidoacetophenone is an intermediate for the synthesis of sedative hypnotic indiplon.
Preparation:
2.0g m-nitroacetopenone, 0.2gPt/Bi2O3(Pt content is 0.2wt %) and 10mL anhydrous methanol were added to a 50mL batch reactor, nitrogen and hydrogen were used to replace the gas in the reactor for 3-5 times, hydrogen was filled to 1.0MPa, and the temperature was heated to 70℃ under constant agitation. The mixing speed is 600-800 RPM. If the total pressure drops below 0.5MPa, hydrogen is replenished to the initial pressure. After 4h, the total pressure does not change, stop stirring, and cool to room temperature. After the reaction, the mixture is centrifuged, the bottom is a yellow catalyst, and the supernatant is green (if the conversion of metnitroacetophenone is incomplete, the supernatant is yellowish green, and the by-product has nitro partial hydrogenation product nitroso compounds). A small amount of supernatant was analyzed by gas chromatography. The conversion rate of m-nitroacetophenone was greater than 99.9%, and the selectivity of m-aminophenone was greater than 99.9%. After removing methanol from the filtrate by rotary evaporation, the product m-aminoacetophenone was obtained with a separation yield of 99%.
