Soluble in ethanol, ethyl acetate and acetone, soluble in vegetable oil, can be dispersed in water.With emulsification, stability and other properties, and belongs to O/W type emulsifier.

3.Applications/Usage
Polysorbate 65 is used, or intended for use, as follows:
(1) As an emulsifier in ice cream, frozen custard, ice milk, fruit sherbet and nonstandardized frozen desserts;
(2) As an emulsifier in cakes and cake mixes.
(3) As an emulsifier in whipped edible oil topping.
(4) As an emulsifier in solid-state, edible vegetable fat-water emulsions.
4.Package and Storage
(1)Package: 25kg, 200kg, IBC plastic drum net weight. (Other packages are available upon request.)
(2)Storage: store in cool, dry place in tightly sealed packages, protected from heat and light. It is not a dangerous goods for transportation.
(3)Shelf life is 1 year. It can still be used if qualified after re-check.
