FEATURE AND APPLICATION
* JADEWIN 618 is a new type of phosphorus-containing antioxidant with excellent performance. It has high effective phosphorus content, strong ability to decompose hydroperoxide, and excellent initial coloration and transparency. Can be used in food packaging materials, replacing antioxidant BHT and auxiliary antioxidant DLTP
* JADEWIN 618 is mainly used for polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene, ABS resin, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, etc., can also be used for polyvinyl chloride And polycarbonate.
* JADEWIN 618 can be used in combination with hindered phenolic antioxidants or hindered amine light stabilizers to produce better synergistic effects. The amount of addition is 3‰~5‰
*JADEWIN 618 is used as a high temperature antioxidant, often used in combination with hindered phenolic antioxidants, for ABS, PS, HIPS, NBR, SBS, PP, PE, LLDPE, PVC, PC, PA, PET, UP, amide fiber, Polyester fiber, binder, paint, ink, compounding agent production and processing, calcium and zinc stabilizer compounding.
*Due to the bisphosphite structure, the alkyl trivalent phosphorus content is higher, so that the antioxidant effect is more prominent and efficient. It is approved by food and health agencies in many countries and can be used in food packaging materials (TITLE21 CFR.178.2010). It is structurally free of alkyl phenol, meets the latest market regulations and development trends, and is better combined with UV absorbers.
