LAPPACONITINE HYDROBROMIDE

1. Analgesic effect Lappaconitine hydrobromide intraperitoneal injection can significantly alleviate the thermal pain of chronic constrictive injury (CCL) rats, and achieve analgesic effect, and no obvious toxic reaction.

2. Antiphlogistic effect Lappaconitine a has obvious inhibitory effect on xylene induced ear swelling in mice, arthritis foot swelling in rats and agar granuloma proliferation in rats. The results show that Lappaconitine has anti acute and chronic inflammatory effects, which provides a theoretical basis for Lappaconitine in the clinical treatment of pain and swelling caused by rheumatoid arthritis.

3. The anti-tumor effect of lappaconitine on mice liver cancer was 11.20% - 53.08%, and on mice S180 was 29.81% - 53%. These results indicate that lappaconitine hydroaurate has a certain anti-tumor effect on S180 in mice, and has no obvious effect on the body weight of mice. 

4. Antiarrhythmic effect Lappaconitine a can increase the constant threshold of aconitine induced arrhythmia in rats, and can significantly improve myocardial ischemic arrhythmia in dogs, thus reducing the incidence of arrhythmia. Its mechanism may be blocking sodium channel.
