Product Description

1-undecanol, organic chemical, colorless to light yellow liquid with lemon flavor. Although this alcohol is a common variety, its application is not wide. It is often used with undecenal or other lipids and aldehydes as a coordinator of aldehyde aroma head. It is also well coordinated with floral and fruity aromas, citrus, acacia, locust, tuberose, violet, green and grass, usually used for rose incense base. In pineapple, citrus, lemon, white lemon, orange, orange, black tea seed, rose edible essence can also be used in a small amount.
