Methyltetrazine-PEG12-t-butyl ester is monodisperse PEG compound. Methyltetrazine enable fast click reaction with TCO (trans-cycloctene). The t-butyl protected carboxyl group can be deprotected under acidic conditions. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases water-solubility.
