12-Hydroxydodecyl Methacrylate can be used in the synthesis of IR-780-loaded phospholipid mimicking homopolymeric micelles for near IR imaging and photothermal therapy of pancreatic cancer. It can also be used to prepare good degradable adhesive compounds.
