Naphtha (petroleum), light steam-cracked, isoprene-rich

Naphtha (petroleum), light steam-cracked, isoprene-rich is a complex combination of hydrocarbons produced by the distillation of the products from a steam cracking process. It consists predominantly of unsaturated hydrocarbons having a carbon number of C5, primarily isoprene, and boiling in the range of approximately 20.degree.C to 44.degree.C (68.degree.F to 112.degree.F).
