CUMYL-PEGACLONE (SGT-151; CAS: 2160555-55-3), 5-pentyl-2-(2-phenylpropan-2-yl)pyrido[4,3- b]indol-1-one, is a synthetic cannabinoid derived from combining a cumyl group with pentyl and gamma-carboline-1-one. It is structurally related to cumyl-PICA (SGT-56), which is covered by international patent WO 2014/167530 A1. A synthesis method has been published for CUMYLPEGACLONE. The compound is not readily converted into other controlled substances and has not previously been reviewed by the WHO Expert Committee on Drug Dependence.
