Sinalbin potassium salt

Sinalbin Potassium is a salt analog of Sinalbin , which is found in mustard seeds and hydrolyzed by the enzyme myrosinase present in the seeds resulting in p-??hydroxybenzyl isothiocyanate (IHB).
