Zuberitamab (0.1mg/kg, intravenous injection, on day 0 and 10, 2 weeks) alone has no or minimal effect on tumor growth, when combined with BR105 results in significant inhibition of tumor growth with good anti-tumor efficacy in IRPα-humanized B-NDG mice tumor xenograft model[1].
