2,3-bis[(1-oxooctyl)oxy]propyl stearate

1,2-Dioctanoyl-3-stearoyl-rac-glycerol is a triacylglycerol that contains octanoic acid at the sn-1 and sn-2 positions and stearic acid at the sn-3 position. It has been found in French butterfat.¹
