SU0268 (2210228-45-6) is potent (IC50 = 59 nM) inhibitor of the DNA repair enzyme 8-oxoguanine DNA glycosylase (OGG1).1,2 Selective versus other DNA repair enzymes (MTH1, DUT, NUDT16, ABH2, ABH3, and SMUG1). SU0268 inhibited proinflammatory responses to Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection in C57BL/6 wild-type mice.3
